For over 30 years, MWTSS has been specializing in providing product and repair services for tape drives, tape autoloaders and tape libraries. Manufactures include: Dell, HP, IBM, Oracle, Quantum, Tandberg, etc.
MidWest Technical offers a no cost repair evaluation. As a customer benefit, we do not use a flat repair pricing for each type of tape drive, autoloader or library. Repair prices are charged based on parts and repair time required.
Repairs include preventative maintenance, adjustments to match manufacturer specifications and final testing. Repaired product ships with a test printout. Standard repair turnaround time is 5 to 7 days. Expedited evaluation offered – 24 hour turnaround. Repair warranty on replaced part(s) is 6 months (return to MidWest Technical for repair or replacement). MidWest Technical offers product shipping worldwide.
